And don't forget those evening walks to the boardwalk to see the sunset over the marshes and Sandy Neck. This cottage is centrally located to all that Cape Cod has to offer. Only 30 minutes to the National Seashore, 40 to Provincetown and 15 to Hyannis. Walk to shops and restaurants.

Love History? The Yarmouth Historical Society is just down the road. And the house is near the gorgeous Old King's Highway, home to dozens of inns and grand sea captain's houses.

Want to just stay at the cottage and relax? The cottage comes with a television, satellite TV with HBO, a VCR and a DVD player (even a small library of DVDs to watch). The backyard is a relaxer's dream. Very private and peaceful. Wander the gardens and enjoy the variety of well tended flowering plants. Plenty of room for Frisbee or bocce ball, bring your grill, sunbath in the grass and enjoy evenings in the peaceful garden setting. Across the street, the old Yarmouth Common provides a large grassy area and a playground for children.
